Flow Meter Bottling Filler Type High Accuracy Edible Oil Bottle Filling Machine is a Flow Meter Type filling machine with high filling accuracy.
It applies to 0.5-5L liquid for filling.
The principle of the elliptic gear flowmeter is to measure the rotation of the elliptic gear by the pressure head of the measured medium. The greater the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the leakage from the gear and the space gap, the greater the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the leakage error and the more favorable for the measurement. The elliptical gear flowmeter has high accuracy and is suitable for the measurement of the flow rate in the medium with high viscosity, especially for the filling of different labels and different viscosity.
This filling machine adopts PLC and touch screen automatic control. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, advanced structure, stable operation, low noise, large adjustment range and fast filling speed.
For peanut oil, walnut oil and other oils canned equipment preferred.
The measurement can be adjusted digitally on the human-machine interface, and the required measurement can be set to 1L-5L, which can be reached at the touch of the touch screen, and the measurement can be fine-tuned on a single head. The equipment is controlled by the patent system of single head single pump single frequency converter, which ensures the filling accuracy of 1‰. While ensuring the filling accuracy, the filling speed is increased by 20%-35%. The operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, the labor cost is saved, and the production efficiency is higher.
