Feature:
1.The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, preventing bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity
2.The whole machine adopts high quality SUS304 Taigang stainless steel frame, which has good anti-corrosion effect. The outer stainless steel and tempered glass door cover seals the body, and the air outlet is reserved above the filling head (the diameter of the connecting pipe is Φ120), which can be connected with the air intake system of the factory to discharge the exhaust gas generated during the filling process to ensure the production workshop site. ,odorless.
