Description
ZSP-A Intellectual High Viscosity Filling Machine is the new-generation improved volumetric filling machine which is Suitable for material: agrochemical SC,pesticide ,dishwasher ,the oil kind ,softener ,detergent cream class contour viscosity materials. . The whole machine uses the in-line structure and it is driven by the servo motor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system which makes the volume adjustment easier. it is a nice choice for foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic and chemical industries.

Equipment Features:
1. Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection parts are all fast-connected.
2. ZT-PACK Using PLC programming control, the servo motor drives the synchronous belt to drive the stable double screw drive mechanism, which ensures the high precision of piston movement stroke is ensured, and precise filling is realized.
The synchronous belt adopts embedded metal steel wire, which will not break.
At present, the top foreign packaging manufacturers all adopt this structure.
Compared with similar products on the market, it adopts ordinary motor +The structure of the encoder and chain transmission.

It avoids the pollution to the machine when pull out the cylinder to change the sealing parts.

8. A liquid holder which is controlled by an individual cylinder is installed under the filling nozzles.
It can avoid the pollution to the bottle after the filling nozzles are OFF.
9. The material level sensor is used to check the level position under normal running of the machine, plus with high and low level check and alarm device.
A filter is installed in the tank (very easy for disassemble).
It can improve the precision of filling and life of the filling valves.
