Description
The automatic 100g 200g Jam Glass Jar Bottling Filler Capping Sauce Filling Machine is an extremely flexible piston filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or cream with or without chunks or particulates. Widely used in the food industry(e.g., paste filling machine, butter filling machine, jar filling machine, ketchup filling machine, honey filling machine, edible oil filling machine, sauce filling machine, etc); household product industry(e.g., shampoo filling machine, liquid soap filling machine, liquid detergent filling machine, hand wash filling machine, etc), personal care industry(e.g., cream filling machine, lotion filling machine, gel filling machine, perfume filling machine, etc); Chemical industry(e.g., grease filling machine, lubricant filling machine, etc); pharmaceutical industry(e.,g ointment filling machine, e-liquid filling machine, etc).
The automatic paste filling machine is capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscosity liquid. mainly used in the Food (olive oil, sesame paste, sauce, tomato paste, chili sauce, butter, honey, etc.) Beverage( juice, concentrated juice). Cosmetics (cream, lotion, shampoo, shower gel, etc) Daily chemicals (dishwashing, toothpaste, shoe polish, moisturizer, lipstick, etc.), chemicals (glass adhesive, sealant, white latex, etc.), lubricants, and plaster pastes for special industries. The equipment is ideal for filling high-viscosity liquids, pastes, thick sauces, and liquids.

Feature:
1. Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection parts are all fast-connected.
2. The material level sensor is used to check the level position under the normal running of the machine, plus with a high and low-level check and alarm device. A filter is installed in the tank (very easy for disassemble). It can improve the precision of filling and the life of the filling valves.
3. We use the latest PTFE sealing parts which can improve the abrasion resistance of the sealing parts (24 months). It solves the problem that a piston filling machine can not be used for SC, EC, and high-viscosity.
4. he servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, prevents bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity
