Description
4500BPH 300ML Automatic Olive Oil Bottling Filler Edible Oil Bottle Filling Machine is an extremely flexible piston fillers capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or cream with or without chunks or particulates.
This filling machine combined with a bottle unscrambler, a capping machine, a labeling machine and other machines can automatically complete bottle unscramble, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, QR code, unpacking, packing, sealing, and palletizing, equipped with an integrated environmental protection cover. It conforms to the standards of safety, environmental protection and intelligent three-levelization, and the production process is automatically coordinated, which is stable and efficient.

Equipment Features:
1.Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection parts are all fast-connected.
2.The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, preventing bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity
3 It can also adopt the de-cylinder structure, which can completely empty the material in the material tank, effectively avoiding cross-contamination of materials, and replacing the sealing ring is more convenient and quick.

5. Filling lancers driven by cylinder has diving filling mode, and the variable speed filling matched. This has effectively reduced foaming when filling easy foaming materials and prevented the pollution to the bottle. Meanwhile a liquid holder which is controlled by an individual cylinder is installed under the filling nozzles. It can avoid the pollution to the bottle and cylinder such spare parts after the filling nozzle are OFF. At present, only our company uses the patented technology.

7.The material level sensor is used to check the level position under normal running of the machine, plus with high and low level check and alarm device. A filter is installed in the tank (very easy for disassemble). It can improve the precision of filling and life of the filling valves.
8.We use the latest PTFE sealing parts which can improve the abrasion resistance of the sealing parts (24 months). It solves the problem that piston filling machine can not be used for SC, EC and high-viscosity.
