- Users must follow provided site layout to produce installation plan layout. They must strictly follow ground foundation
drawings to construct the foundations to ensure accuracy of their relative locations and foundation horizontality;
- Users may follow site conditions and production requirements to lay water drainage pipelines and the like on their own;
- Foundation construction must be directed by civil engineers;
- Users may provide lightning conductors on their own. And they must consult local meteorologic authorities for lightning
conductor about fabrication and acceptance;
- Warning: Do not dismantle at will any equipment pieces from the mixing plant. If required to do so, just contact us.
- Requirements for equipment installation and installation personnel:
A. One crane of 40t and over (maximum capacity) with 30m hoisting height. According to the weight to be hoisted, cranes
may be prepared by oneself. (refer to overall dimensions and static .
- Pre-installation preparations:
A. Check relative locations in the foundation for accurate sizes. Check the horizontal datum of the foundation.
B. Prepare necessary tool and cranes to suit the weight of the pieces hoisted
- Attention to installation
A. Keep parts and components at correct relative positions
B. Adjust the upper surface of posts and supports to be horizontal
C. Ensure solid and reliable connection of parts and components
D. Do not tension the rubber hoses connecting measuring hopper outlets, otherwise measuring accuracy will be influenced.
E. Ensure hoisting in balance. In case of accidental collisions, check the damage immediately. In case of necessity, just contact us.
- Installation of main parts and components in the following step:
a) Install the lower main frame;
b) Install the first layer ladder;
c) Install the materials collection hopper;
d) Hoist the mixer;
e) Install the additive tank;
f) Install the control room and its supports;
g) Hoist the main mixer frame members at the middle portion. Install the second layer ladder;
h) Hoist the measuring frame and measuring hopper, install the third layer ladder;
i) Hoist the batcher, weld its supports to their connections on the ground;
j) Assemble the slant belt conveyor;
k) Hoist the slant belt conveyor, weld its supports to their connections on the ground. Carry out simultaneous installation of idlers,
counterweights, belts and the like;
l) Hoist the upper main frame components;
m) Hoist the cement silo and its support legs. Weld them together at site. Check the silo installation surface for its horizontality
and center. Hoist the silo railings and dust collectors.
n) Install the spiral conveyor and its auxiliary device;
o) Install the dust collectors of the mixer;
p) Layout and install such pipelines as water, power, compressed air and additives;
q) Layout and install the electrical control system(For details, refer to <<The Operating Instructions for the Control System of HZS 60 Concrete Mixing Plant>>;
r) Carry out the plant decoration;
s) Install the remaining attachments.
