Our animals are with high quality.

If clients could send picture or video showing the animals really couldn't work, we can send free for main parts like control box,motor or battery within 6 months according the condition.

The motor and control box will be sent by express. As for battery is not allowed to be sent via express, we can send it with your next order.

We will offer some free wearing spare parts if the order is more than 6 pieces. If there are small problems of some wearing parts, you can change it by yourself and it will not affect your business

2.I have my own shipping agent , could you please offer us some details ?

Our animals are with lead-acid battery. Please ask your agent to check if they can ship the goods with battery . Because there are some shipping company that do not allow with battery by sea /air . Thanks .

3.What about the maintenance of happy rides on animal?

When business of the day is over, check the machine to make sure it works properly the next day

1.Motor system -clean chain and put some oil the chain .

2.Gear and screws : keep tightening the gears or screws

3.plush cover -wash by hand or wash machine ,only suggest use

low -alkaline soap ,shampoo ans other detergent to avoid fade too much

4..How fast do the animals go?

Speed: 30-60m/min, the speed is related to the ground and weight of players. The more smooth of the ground, the faster of the rides.

5. Also, what about accidents? Can the animals tilt over when someone is riding it?

We never heard about the accident of the rider:-)
