Vertical Mill Cement Grinding / Cement Grinding Raw Mill for Sale
Cement vertical raw mill is also called raw meal vertical roller mill, and it is the core equipment applied for cement raw meal grinding. Cement vertical raw mill fineness of final product can be adjusted between 80 and 425 meshes and part of then can add up to 1000 meshes of final being equipped particular parts,the machine can produce coarse powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes. Cement vertical raw mill produced by our company can cater to 1000-10000t/d cement production line raw material supply. Cement vertical raw mill combines drying, grinding and separation process into just one unit, making the footprint of the installation smaller and reducing the civil engineering costs, the cost of a vertical cement mill project is around 20 – 25% greater than a ball mill system of the same capacity.
Vertical Cement Mill Working Process:
The material is grinded between rotor and ring as the rotor is rotating. The ground powder will be blown into the classifier; the fine powder will be collected by the collector while the coarse powder will be regrinded to the required size.
Structure
1. Separating efficiency increased by combined separator.
2. No need to prepare material on the disc before start up, the function including auto lift and fall roller, and on-load staring can be achieved.
3. The sealing adopt welding arc panel, structure is simple and reliable with good sealing effect.
4. The grinding roller can be turn out from the mill easily by the roller turning device, and convenient for maintenance.
5. The grinding roller cover can be used in flip side and extending the abrasive using life.
6. The grinding roller limited device is guarantee the gap between roller and disc, prevent the metal friction and collision, strengthen the safety.
7. The roller grinding pressure adopts solid-gas pressure, remote control pressing, lift roller and modify the pressure and realized unattended operation on site.
8. The roller bearing adopts concentrate circulating lubrication by thin oil to guarantee the bearing working under the condition of low temperature and clean oil, the using life can be extending.
