Introduction:
Rotary Drum Granulator machine is a critical machine in fertilizer production process.Its quality decides directly the efficiency and quality of end product. Pellets produced via granulator machine are a little more dense,and more sepherical than other agglomeration methods.
Application of Rotary Drum Granulator:
As the one of the key equipments in fertilizer industry, rotary drum granulator is applicable to cold/heat granulation and big scale fertilizer production of high, medium and low consistency.
We offer various configurations to suit your fertilizer processing needs, whether organic, or inorganic.
1. The granulating ratio of the machine is up to 70% . The small part of feeding back material can be granulated again.

2. The cylinder body adopts rubber plate lining structure which makes it difficult for raw material to agglomerate.

3. It can remove scars and peel burls automatically.

4. Temperature measuring point is reserved at bearing base of supporting roller. It is mainly used for automation detection of kiln operation status by insert the measuring device.
