Our dust collector equipment often can be widely used in cement, metallurgy, electric power, chemical and other industries of dust gas purification and fine powder material recycling collection.
Structure Composition:
The customized dust catcher are composed by the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bag, filter cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor and discharger, etc. At the end, it needs centrifugal fan for power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job can be done by every chamber isolation. The every chamber of the pulse and soot cleaning cycle by soot cleaning program controller.
According to different Bag Quantity, Plenum Pulse Dust collector could be classified as 32bags/room, 64bags/room,96bags/room,128bags/room. Each kind will be divided into many different type-33 kinds in total.
