Gold Mining Ball Mill Introduction:
Gold Mining Ball Mill is the key equipment for recrushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. This type of grinding machine is equipped with a certain number of steel balls as grinding media in its cylinder. Gold Mining Ball Mill is mainly used for grinding in mining (metallic minerals and non-metallic minerals), cement, refractories, chemical, power plant, aluminum ,building material, glass, ceramic, steel slag and fly ash, ect. The feed size to Gold Mining Ball Mill shall be smaller than 25mm, the output size can be adjusted by revising steel balls ratio.
Application of Gold Mining Ball Mill:
It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics and other production industries, for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials. The ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials. It is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. It can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different ways of discharging, it can be divided into two types: grid type and overflow type.
The Gold Mining Ball Mill is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging materials, and a grinding head. The cylinder is a long cylinder with a grinding body inside the cylinder. The cylinder is made of steel plate, and the steel liner is fixed to the cylinder. Generally, it is a steel ball, which is packed into the cylinder according to different diameters and a certain proportion. The grinding body can also be steel. Choose according to the particle size of the grinding material. The material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft at the feed end of the Gold Mining Ball Mill. When the cylinder of the Gold Mining Ball Mill rotates, the grinding body is attached to the cylinder liner due to inertia, centrifugal force and friction. Carried away by the cylinder, when brought to a certain height, it will be thrown down due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body will crush the material in the cylinder like a projectile.
