Big Processing Capacity Vibratory Feeder With Low Energy Consumption And Fatigue Resistance

 

Introduction:

Vibration Grizzly Feeder series are widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, light industry, electricity, food and other industries. It can transport the material with the shape like cubic and granularity into the receiving device continuously and timely with the stable speed in the production line.


The feeding trough of the synchronization inertia vibration feeder is flexible connected to the motor. The motor does not participate in the vibration. The synchronization inertia vibration feeder has reliable operation on low accident rate. It is adjustable for the feeder amplitude and tank tilt angle. There are many installations for feeder, such as support type, hanging type, and with both style. The trough can be configured to a variety of liner.

 

 

Working Principle:
1.This machine passes the adjustable speed motor's major movement to the eccentric axle by the triangle belt, the eccentric axle connects the machine body by the bearing and the seat, passing the adjustable speed motor's rotatory movement to the body, then makes use of the front pivot point and spring to turn the rotatory movement into the full vibration realize the aim of feeding.

2.This machine take the dual eccentric exciter through the triangle belt the exciter's two eccentric axles do the synchronous reverse revolution assured by a pair of meshing gear, the two eccentric axles have certain angle when they are installed, the centrifugal force produced by it make the sizing body do round straight-line vibration among the verticed dinection, the materials move foreward constantly in the process of vibration.
