Structure Composition of Disc Granulator:
The disc granulator is mainly composed of disc, scraper device, pinion gear, reducer, motor, angle adjustment screw, base and inner gear ring. The reducer and the motor are driven by a flexible belt, so the starting is stable. The base of the pelletizing disc is welded by steel plate, which is strong and durable without deformation. The main gear of the granulator generally adopts high frequency quenching, which effectively extends its service life.
