Introduction
ZK Series Vibrating Screen is primarily applied coal, metallurgical, power generation, building material, water conservancy, light and chemical industries and other industries. Highly efficient screening machine classify coal, ore, coke and other bulk materials.
Our Advantages of Vibrator Screening Equipment:
1. Motor and vibration exciter use belt drive, stable running and less impact for motor;
2. High screening efficiency, large process volume.
3. Screen mesh is Wear Resistance, fatigue resistance, high classification precision.
4. Use steel spiral spring as damping device, reliable performance, long service life.
5. Use axis eccentricity as exciter, strong exciting force, which can make stuck material jump out, avoid mesh block.
6. Angle of screen mesh can be change to control process volume.
Working Principle of High Frequency Screen:
The straight shaking movement is realizedby two unbalanced gravities of high frequency screen. Two motors drive upperand lower shaft separately do reversed rotation movements. The existing forces,produced by synchronous opposite rotation and formed 30°with screen face, are overlapped. At the same, existing forces inother direction are offset. Then the single direction existing force is formedso that the screen shaking reciprocally along straight line. Because the screenis shaking along overlapped exciting force in high frequency and no shaking inother direction, the screen is working stably.
