A tripod turnstile is a type of physical access control device used to manage and restrict pedestrian flow into and out of restricted areas. It consists of three rotating arms mounted on a central pivot, forming a tripod-like structure.

Tripod Turnstile Series, also known as three-arm turnstiles, is a type of access control device. Originally imported from abroad, these devices are used as intelligent control terminals for pedestrian entrances and exits. 1. **Mechanical Turnstile Mechanism**: Tripod Turnstile mechanism requires manual effort to push the arm after the control is released. After one arm is pushed through, another arm stays in a horizontal position through the hydraulic damping device of the mechanism and needs to be released again before it can be pushed. The pushing force required is only 0.5 kg.

2. **Motorized Mechanism**: This mechanism is equipped with a motor inside the turnstile. Once the control is released, the arms move forward at an angle. When a pedestrian comes into contact with the arms, the motor will actively rotate the arms until another arm returns to the horizontal position, completing the passage.
