Description:

 

Polyethylene pipes are used in coal mines for underground gas extraction and drainage, water supply and drainage and shotcrete.

This product uses polyethylene as the main raw material, adding suitable auxiliary agents and extruding the gas pipe for underground coal mines.
It has the characteristics of flame retardant, antistatic, high strength, corrosion resistance and flexibility.
Mainly suitable for underground gas drilling and drainage, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, water supply and drainage, shotcrete, etc.
Polyethylene pipes used in coal mines can also be used in coal mine ventilation and drainage.

PE mining pipe product characteristics
1. The flame retardant and antistatic properties are stable, and the anti-burning flame retardant properties and antistatic properties will not be lost due to long use time.
2. Corrosion resistance. Polyethylene material can resist the erosion of various chemical media without chemical corrosion, and is suitable for coal mine gas drainage and water supply purposes.
3. Flow resistance. The roughness of the inner wall of the pipe is not more than 0.03mm, while the roughness of the steel pipe and the glass steel pipe is greater than 0.06mm. This can reduce energy consumption and save energy.
4. Excellent softness. Pipes can be coiled and supplied in longer lengths, avoiding a large number of joints and fittings and saving pipeline engineering costs.
5. The molecular structure of MPE material makes the pipeline have good resistance to rapid crack propagation, excellent scratch resistance and environmental stress cracking performance.
6. Long service life. Pipes are used safely and have a lifespan of more than 50 years.​​
7. Light weight, easy to transport and install.

Application:

It is suitable for places where the normal temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ in underground coal mines where water supply, exhaust air, compressed air, shotcrete and gas discharge are used. The maximum working pressure of the pipe is 1.6Mpa.
