Operation:
1. In order to ensure the cleanness of the tank truck, the tank and the oil delivery system should be cleaned regularly. The inner and outer joints of the two ends of the oil delivery hose should be coated with lubricating oil frequently. The disassembly and assembly of the tank truck is easy and convenient. Clean the oil pipe in time after each work to ensure the cleanness of the pipe!
2. The use and maintenance of oil pump of oil tank truck shall be carried out in strict accordance with its operation and maintenance instructions!
3. Before refueling, it is necessary to insert the electric pole into the wet soil, and the grounding tape of the tank truck shall be grounded. During the operation, the static electricity shall be well conducted at all times!
4. The safety valve and filter net of tank truck should be checked and cleaned regularly!
5. The oil tank and piping system shall be cleaned regularly. Regularly check whether all joints of the pipeline system are well connected and sealed reliably!
6. The tank truck shall be installed with static belt according to the specification. When the static electricity meets the residual combustible gas with high concentration in the truck, the explosion occurs. The static belt rubs the truck body frequently, and the space prone to static electricity can effectively get out of the static electricity harm, so as to ensure that the body is not harmed. fuel tanke
