The Function of Every Part
(a)The sub-frame is the basis to install the uploading parts. Owing to the sub-frame, the force gathered from all parts is balanced burden by the chassis, which can improve the pressure condition.
(b) The inner body is the support when flatbed sliding and under lift working. The flatbed slides along the track powered by the extending cylinder; the dual cylinders can push the bracket in front to accomplish that carrier tilts to touch the ground; and the under lift is fixed in the back of the inner body to lift failure cars.
(c)The flatbed is the main part when making rescue effort. The flatbed slides back and tilt to an appropriate angle with supporting of the rear legs touch to the ground, then the winch can pull the failure car onto the flatbed, and finish carrying work with the help of Hydraulic cylinder to pull the carrier back.
(d)Under lift is the key part when making rescue effort, through which it can lift and tow the failure vehicle. it can fold, lift, tilt and extend/retract to achieve every rescue work.
(e)There is a huge toolbox for storage of working parts and accessories. Each function can be controlled from either of the Control Stations located at the rear of the wrecker body.
(f)Flyer is the support to light bar. The light bar is over it and the low level light bars can warn people and vehicles, also the flyer makes a protection to the cab from rear crash.
(g)The accessories are the tools to help the wrecker finish rescue work. They fit to many kinds of vehicle including minibus and some other cars in different methods,.
