Product Description


Built in electric heating tube, high heating efficiency and fast heating speed. High temperature steam is generated for sterilization, and back pressure is added when cooling to prevent bag expansion.

The top of the equipment is equipped with a safety valve to prevent pressure out of contro and exhaust quickly.




the sterilization pot equipment is designed to solve the problem of short shelf life after food processing. In particular, the storage period of marinated meat after vacuum packaging is not more than 7 days. After high temperature sterilization, there is no
need to add preservatives, and the storage period can be as long as 3-6 months.
The sterilization pot is divided into electric heating, steam heating, electric and steam heating methods, and there are water
bath type, spray type, three-pot series type, double-pot parallel type, horizontal double-layer water bath type, automatic rotary
type, and rotary type. There are different types of sterilization pots, including manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic high
temperature and high pressure sterilization pots. There are two kinds of materials: stainless steel and carbon steel.
