Potato peeling and washing machine:

Potatoes enter the peeler through the hoist, and peel thoroughly through the wool roller. The bottom of the potato is equipped with a circulating filter tank, which can effectively save water resources. Potatoes are automatically discharged by screw driving, and the peeling time can be adjusted.

Sorting machine:

After peeling the potatoes, they enter the equipment, and then they are picked manually to see if there are any bad or unqualified potatoes, or if the skin has not been washed off, so that they can be treated. The picking line adopts high-quality food-grade conveyor belt, which is safe and hygienic and meets the food requirements.

Potato chips/French fries Cutting machine:

Qualified potatoes enter the potato chips machine automatically through picking line, and the potato chips machine completes the cutting work continuously.

Potato chips/French fries washing machine:

The potato chips enter the washing machine and are washed by bubble wave to make the potato chips roll.The starch on the surface of the potato chips is thoroughly washed.

Potato chips/French fries Blanching machine:

Through this mechanism, the activity of enzymes in potato chips is stopped, the original fresh color of potato chips is maintained, the softness of cells is enhanced,and the evaporation of water is facilitated.

The equipment adopts pure frying technology, equipped with dynamic filtration system and circulating device, realizes automatic filtration and slag discharging in the working process, and ensures the quality of frying oil.
