ZLG Serise Vibrating fluidized bed drying system
Vibrating fluidized bed drying system Features: (1) Due to the application of the vibration force, the minimum fluidization gas velocity can be lowered, and the air requirement can be significantly reduced; (2) It is convenient to adjust the vibration parameters to change the residence time of the materials in the machine, and it is easy to obtain uniform and qualified dry products; (3) Vibration helps the material to disperse and avoid agglomeration and channeling. Because there is no intense backmixing, the damage to the material particles is small, and the material that does not destroy the crystal shape or the surface of the particle is required to be most suitable. (4) The equipment has a small footprint, energy saving and high efficiency, and has a certain degree of automation.

Vibrating Fluidized Bed Drying Working Principle:
The material enters the machine from the feed port. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction and moves continuously. After the hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed to exchange heat with the wet material, the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged by the exhaust outlet, and the dry material is discharged by the discharge port.
