Dosage: Prepare a solution with a concentration of 1%-2%, and add it to the flotation process. The recommended dosage ranges from 50 to 600 g/t of raw ore. This depressant should be introduced prior to the collector and frother.

Use/Application:
When added to the slurry, the pyrite depressant reacts with the surface of pyrite, forming stable complexes that render the surface hydrophilic. This effectively inhibits pyrite and enables its separation from the target mineral. It is primarily used in the beneficiation of non-ferrous metals, including copper, copper-gold, and lead-zinc ores.
