Why ask regularly change compressed air oil filter and element in compressed air system?
In the beginning, compressed air filter elements we purchased were mostly white and flawless. After a period of purification, a yellow, sticky pollution layer will be attached to the Filter Element. If you insist on not changing the filter element, the filter element that is continuously covered by dirt will gradually become saturated, and when it reaches a certain degree of saturation, its filtering effect will be greatly reduced.
YUKA factory focused on supplying air compressor spare filter element, designed to remove oil mist and odor in compressed air system, installed in the front of adsorption air dryers, protecting the whole compressed air system and other pneumatic equipment to be polluted .It is ideal solution for removing pollutants in compressed air systems and saving energy. Use imported quality filter materials and design technology to ensure high-quality compressed air quality and lower operating costs.
We have a full set of testing equipment imported from Germany, Compressed Air Filter elements are tested according to ISO 8573.1: 2009 air quality standards, and provide performance test reports.
Product Advantages:
a. The filter housing is made of aluminum alloy by die-casting and has a compact structure to ensure safe use.
b. All housings are cleaned, degreased and specially anti-corrosion treated before spraying to improve durability and can be applied to offshore platform operations.
c. The precise threaded interface makes installation and maintenance easier and more convenient.
d. All housings are tested under working pressure 32bar for 96 hours, and the maximum burst pressure is 105bar.
e. Under the working condition of 1.5-80 ºC and pressure 16 bar, the body is guaranteed 15 years, and the service life of the filter element
is 6000-8000 hours.
Technical Specification:
The flow rate below is the treatment capacity of compressed air under rated working pressure 7 bar g (100 psi g). For the application in other working pressure, please refer to the correction factors.
