Working Principle:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
Advantages:
1. Classifier: Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
2. Grinding device: The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
3. Spacer protective measures: Mainframe is under protection, easy to be replaced, maintenance cost is reduced.
4. Spring strengthens grinding force: Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same powder condition. compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
5. Blower: Enhancing fan configuration and frequency conversion speed can be based on features of different materials, fineness, production requirements so as to efficiently adjust the air volum, achieve the best running state and reduce the energy consumption.
6. Pulse dust collector: Dust removal effect reaches the national powder emission standards; According to customers' actual demand, pulse bag filter can also be used, thus achieving rapidly automatic dust removal, and dust removal efficiency is higher.
