Describe:
Wet pan mill full name is wet grinding machine,according to the different operating methods, devided into roller gold machine,mixed mercury grinding, grinding machine,electric milling.
For a variety of ferrous metals,non-ferrous metals,non-metallic mineral grinding operations,as well as dilute precious metals,gold and silver grinding,selection,processing operations is the majority of small and medium-sized concentrator milling plant the best first grinding equipment.

Note:
It is mainly applied for grinding gold,silver,lead,zinc,iron,molybdenum,copper,antimony and so on. Different model of the wet pan mill can used for the different ore, such as 1200 are usually used for gold ore.
Working principle :
This equipment adopts the working mode of wheel-driven grinding: firstly, the motor drives the power to the reducer, and under the drive of the reducer, the torque is transferred to the horizontal shaft abovethrough the big vertical shaft, and then the torque is transferred to the roller through the pull rod installed on both ends of the horizontal shaft, so that the roller generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal axis.The roller can rotate around the big vertical axis of the wet roller and rotate around the center axis of the roller.The added mineral material is crushed thoroughly after repeated extrusion, kneading and grinding by the extrusion pressure brought by the weight of the roller itself and the huge friction generated by the roller during its revolution and rotation.
A. Only when the wet pan mill/ gold ore grinding machine run smoothly then start to feed the raw material into the grinding pan.
B. The gold grinding machine/wet pan mill is prohibite to start work with raw material inside, it must clean the residual ore in the middle of grinding pan and then start the machine.
C. Uniform feeding, shall not be more and less, it will be better to use the feeding machine.
D. Bearing parts must often add grease oil and gear oil.
E. Often check if the screw is loose.
F. If found the bearing is damage, pls change it timely just in case the eccentric shaft damage other components.
G. When the machine is on work, pls pay attention to the reducer and bearing part, to find if it has some abnormal noise, high temperature and high motor current accurs is not allowed. Once it happens, the machine should stop working immediately.
H. When repair the machine, pls remove the V-belt to keep the machine in a safe condition.
