Production Description
Cow Manure Rotary Drying Machine/Chicken Manure Dryer Machine developed by Holly Technology is suitable for the solid-liquid separation of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. It can remove the waste solid whose size is more than 0.2mm.The effluent enters the inside of rotary drum through the feed inlet and then passing over the distribution weir on to the drum surface.The particles and water separate as the drum rotates with the solids staying on the screen and passing down the space of the drum.
Structure
Rotary dryer mainly consists of a revolving cylindrical tube , wheel gear , roll ring , supporting device and reduction gears etc . In the feeding terminal , we adopt screw feeding device to make materials enter into tube successfully . There are many lifting boards which fixed on the inner wall of tube . This device greatly increase the connection surface with hot air and improve the drying efficiency . On the traditional technical , our company specially subject a number of steel chains and movable plate , which resolve the problem of sticky materials with easy to block . Other corollary equipments are conveyor , dust remover and draught fan etc .
