2. Easy Adjustment for Production Requirement
Several standard crushing chambers are available for each model. The crushers can easily be matched to changes in production by the selection of crushing chamber and eccentric throw. The chambers available are:
EF = Extra fine F = Fine
MF = Medium fine M = Medium
C = Coarse EC = Extra coarse
3. Total Control of Crusher and Process
The automation unit guarantees constant choke feeding. It also improves the liner utilization rate and thus the end product quality by promoting inter-particle crushing. The automation system keeps crushing at maximum operational limits and within safety margins.
4.Little Dust and Low Noise Level
Equipped with dust-cleaning apparatus water tank, in order to reduce the noise, damping layer is filled in the interlayer between the upper body and the lower body, which combines to create a safer and cleaner working environment.
Working Principle
Under the leading role of eccentric sleeve, the movable cone of the high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher does rotary and pendulum movement which drives the broken walls squeeze and twist the raw material between the rolling ace tabular wall and it. According to laminated theory, the raw material is crushed and polished following their own texture by the force from different directions. Stable aggregate are produced finally. The eligible raw material falls down from the gap of the broken wall. The others will be kept crushing until it reaches the desired size.
