Phlogopite Mica plate for heater / Phlogopite sheet for electric heater
Mica heating plates are widely used for heating in the home appliance, metallurgy, chemical, plastic processing, and electrical industries.
1. High temperature resistance. Mica board can withstand high temperatures up to 600 ℃.
2. Good insulation performance. The insulation resistance is greater than 100M Ω.
3. Lightweight and thin in thickness. Small size, high power.
4. It can be conveniently and easily designed into various shapes according to needs, with low cost.
Mica heating plate utilizes the excellent insulation performance and high temperature resistance of mica plate (mica sheet). It uses mica plate (sheet) as the skeleton and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized or stainless steel plate for support and protection. It can be made into various shapes of heating devices such as plate, sheet, cylinder, cone, cylinder, circle, etc. The designed power can reach up to 1000W and can withstand temperatures up to 600 ℃.
