Structural features:

Working Principle:

The iron remover is connected in series in the material conveying pipeline with an inclination of 45-75 degrees. When the material flows through the iron remover, the ferromagnetic material in it is adsorbed on the stainless steel pipe wall of the pipeline iron remover, and gradually slides toward the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet to separate from the material. At the iron outlet, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic attraction because the permanent magnet moves away in the direction of the circular motion, and is discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, realizing the automatic iron removal of the material.
