The CXJ series metal detector (also known as CXJ series metal detector) is designed specifically for detecting metals in magnetic and non-magnetic material belt conveyor systems. It can detect various types of metals present in industrial settings such as ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines, iron and steel plants, and sintering plants. This metal detector is especially useful in detecting magnetic ores that have a material grade below 70%, thanks to its sensor that features a window design without partition tape.
The metal detector comprises of two main parts: a CNC box and a sensor. The CNC box has advanced digital processing technology that ensures stable performance and high detection sensitivity. The sensor is designed to accurately detect all kinds of metal debris that may be mixed in materials, such as iron, steel, manganese steel, and even stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals. This solves the problem of using iron removers to remove large chunks of iron and other metals that may cause severe damage to the equipment.

It has a quantitative sensitivity adjustment, high-sensitivity design that can detect super-large metal objects, and sound and light alarms. It also has a timing function and a control output that features one pair of relay contacts that are normally open, and one pair is normally closed.
The sensor is mounted on the belt frame, and the amplitude of the belt frame should be less than 0.5mm. If the amplitude exceeds 0.5mm, the sensor bracket should be installed separately. When the power supply voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizer should be used to avoid any complications.
