Application:

This machine is specially suitable for the washing of any natural or synthetic fabric on dispersion process.

Flow chart:

Loading → open width washing →Two roller padder→“J” shape stocking chamber→ rope loading→12 rope washing→unloading→open width machine

The main structure and characteristics of the machine:

※Compact and modular design structure provides less land occupation.The whole machine (subject to 12 chambers) only occupies 89 square meters of workshop

※Suitable for 50～500g/m2 All kinds of woven fabrics or knitted fabrics

※High washing efficiency, the continuous circulating water flow of each chamber is 60m³/h

※Each chamber can store 500L of water and about 200 meters of fabric

※Water consumption for per ton of fabric : 5-6 tons

※Each chamber is equipped with indirect heating pipes, which can be heating fast with low energy cost, steam consumption is just 100kg/h

※Each chamber is equipped with a static automatic filter,which can effectively filter out the fluff and paste in chambers

※Each chamber is equipped with two entrance points for filling additives, which can fill two mixed additives at the same time

※Specially designed circulation system, adopts random selective circulation or random on-off according to the cleanness of reused water.

※Loading frame:Columns and beams are made of 4mm carbon steel plates. With loading roller and other components.

※Flat washing chamber:Up 2 and down 1 calenders,guiding roller diameter is Ø 150mm.Wall plate thickness is 3mm stainless steel.Guiding roller under water with mechanical seal.

※Two roller padder:steel made with lever cylinder pressure,pressure can be 5ton.Passive rubber roller diameter is 225mm,active rubber roller diameter 250mm,A drip plate is installed under the roller.

※J shape stack box :fabrics move into the box by active rubber roller, so that the fabric is fully wet, open width loose fabrics move through the small ring on the padder to become rope shape.

• Main body and all parts contacted with liquid directly using stainless steel 304 material.

• Detail instructions for every chamber:

※This machine can be divided into 3-4 parts according to customer's production requirements. When the fabric moves from one chamber to the next, the fabric is effectively washed and squeezed. The process reduces the pollution of waste water to the fabric, and at the same time improves the washing effect. The wastewater undergoes countercurrent flow between the same section of chambers, and at the same time, the wastewater can be transported from one chamber to the second chamber according to specific process requirements.

※Due to the countercurrent conveying system, the fabric is constantly immersed in the liquid, there is no tension at all, and each part is independent. Each chamber has its own temperature control device (maximum operating temperature 98°C), and each chamber is equipped with inlet valves for water, chemical additives,heat exchangers, circulating pumps and a replaceable filter.

※Each chamber has a squeezing point with a pair of rubber rollers upside, which eliminates the problem of fabric slippage or weft yarn shedding. The drive adopts an independent frequency conversion AC motor to ensure synchronization and continuous speed regulation. Each chamber has its own control unit to keep the amount of fabrics evenly, thereby ensuring the equivalent soaking storage time of entire batch of fabrics. Each chamber can hold 500L of water and 200 meters of cloth.

※Convenient, fast and reliable man-machine interface, fully automatic touch and visual operation mode is realized in all process parameter settings, which further reduces the quality requirements for users; batches automatically record process parameters, such as speed,consumption and temperature.

• Rope Washing Machine’s recycle system:

※Each chamber can be heated,with a indirect steam heating device,auto control of temperature

※Whole machine equipped with three water inlet connections,users can install with a three way joints for each connection for tap water and recycle water at same time which saves water and make it efficient.
