Description
Simplex large diameter fiber automatic thermal stripper ATS99-LD51 provides excellent strength performance when removing 100μm to 1000μm buffer from optical fibers. Heating temperature and duration are fully adjustable for a variety of buffer materials. It always gives customers stable operation, high quality of stripping, and productivity with its auto motor and linear motion guide bearing. Self-centering blades eliminate the need for an external guide and make replacement quick and easy. Designed for use with different buffer and cladding diameter of fiber holder systems, the ATS99-LD51 is an ideal solution for stripping when high-strength fusion splices are a must.
The ATS99-LD51, which also works as a window stripper, is a high precision tool for stripping the middle (mid-span stripping) of optical fiber. With auto motor and LM guide bearing, it has been realized a high quality and productivity strip without any cracks on fibers. (Occurrence ratio of cracks: 0%, High tensile power of fiber)
