Fiber Interface Wall Plates
Rosette with Pre-connectorized Invisible Cable Spool
Description
The Fiber Interface Wall Plates provide a wall module for storing the remaining fiber on the spool, pre-connectorized SC/UPC, or SC/APC on two ends of the spooled invisible cable (an integrated jumper). These wall plates allow flexibility with indoor (invisible) connections to the outside optical fibers or easy access connections to the optical network terminal.
The 93x86 Wall Module is provided with an SC external shuttered adapter and an internal parking space for the SC connector end. The internal spool allows slack management of the tight buffer and jumper and can be locked in order to spool out by hand the desired length of the jumper when the cover is pressed on. The spool supports up to 40 meters of invisible 0.9mm tight buffer optical fiber. There is a port of entry at the bottom of the module. The Invisible Fiber exits on the up or downside and the patch cord is attached to the shuttered adapter in the middle of the module. The SC shuttered simplex adapter snaps into the designated adapter port with the shutter on the outside and the hinged shutter to the top of the adapter port. The shutter provides dust protection when the patch cord is not engaged.
*Note:
The integrated jumper of 1.2mm or 1.6mm outside jacket diameter with different lengths respectively for the spool is available.
