Description:
1. Gas panel:
Make up of gas decompression valve and pressure gauge.
Clear to check the whole machine pressure.
2. CNC system:
Choice: the system developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University, American Hypertherm, American BURNY10, Australia FastCNC or Canada Profiler.
3. Longitudinal rail:
Adopt U71 heavy-duty rail by fine machining.
4.CNC cutting torch:
According to user's requirement, assemble CNC flame single torch, power-spray scribe torch, stamping unit, plasma mechanical torch or linear triple cutting torch, and also fit auto igniter and auto height controller.
5.Auto igniter:
The power supply of low-voltage block of inigter is AC24V, safe and reliable, guaranteeing high probability of successful ignition.
6. Transverse drag-chain:
Used in transmission for cutting torch's gas pipe, with continuous anti-weariness working capacity.
7. Steel-band transmission unit:
Thru steel-brand , idler carriage moves with driving one simultanneity.
Application:
The cutting accuracy reaches the excellent target for the cutting of Aluminum Sheet, Stainless Steel Plate, Titanium Plate, Copper Plate, Galvanized Sheet, Advertising with Luminous Three-Dimensional Characters and Metal Panel with T-shot. The cutting incision is small, tidy and neat, with no burr, so that avoid the second process.
