ST fiber jumpers, also known as ST fiber patch cords or ST fiber cables, are a type of fiber optic cable used for interconnecting fiber optic network components. "ST" stands for Straight Tip, which refers to the design of the connector used on the cable. Connector Type: ST fiber jumpers use ST connectors, which are bayonet-style connectors that have a round, twist-lock design. The connector is cylindrical in shape and has a long, spring-loaded ferrule, which holds the fiber optic cable securely in place.
