The machine tool is a kind Of special equipment used for edge trimming of bathtub in steam room Its worktable can be classified into 2000×2000mm worktable and 2400×2400 worktable, which makes the product adapt to edge trimming of bathtub of different sizes. General grinding wheel blade, tdngsten carbide alloy saw blade and special diamond grinding wheel blade may be used, which makes it have wide application. Overall welding is applied and the worktable is given stress treatment. The process precision is high. There is no interface around the cylinder body. The machine bed can add tumbler digital readout device according to requirements of customers, which is the first choice for sanitary factory to update equipments.

BATHTUB TRIMMING MACHINE
-One button operated trimming machine, trims bathtubs automatically.
-Does not require any mechanical adjustment between different bathtub types.
-Trims between 60 - 90 seconds, the plate revolution speed can be adjusted electronically. Trimming height can also be adjusted.
-Through the specially designed bearing system, the plate turns smoothly and continuously.
-No need to fix the bathtub to the plate, no need to use any templates for the bathtubs. Just putting the bathtubs upside down on to the plate is enough.
