Our company has developed YR-FD100, a functional and convenient dust concentration measuring instrument that provides accurate mass concentration readings of dust particles in the air. The YR-FD100 series offers direct readings of dust particle concentration.
The YR-FD100 sensor is wall-mounted for easy installation and operates in cooperation with a controller. The controller uses a single-chip microcomputer to upload data from the dust concentration measuring instrument for various data processing functions. These include the final display of the data, output control and other functions.
The field screen allows for real-time display of the dust mass concentration in micrograms per cubic meter (ug/m3).
Accurate measurement is achieved using laser scattering and a unique laser anti-attenuation technology.
Connectivity options include RS485 bus and two bus (PowerBus) which are both optional.
The standard three-wire system 4-20mA current output has a strong anti-interference ability, making it easy for long-distance signal transmission.
With infrared remote control, users can adjust the alarm setting value without opening the cover, making it easy to operate.
The single relay (250V 5A) output will automatically open the fan and solenoid valve.
The system also includes an on-site explosion-proof sound and light alarm.
