YR-FD100 is a functional and convenient dust concentration measuring instrument developed by our company. YR-FD100 series dust concentration measuring instrument can directly read the mass concentration of dust particles in the air.

The product can use RS485 industrial-grade bus and standard three-wire system 4-20mA, strong anti-interference ability, long-distance transmission. The advanced dust measurement technology at home and abroad is absorbed and digested, dust is detected by light scattering principle, and the dust mass concentration is directly displayed by microprocessor and converted into data signal output. The sensor is composed of sampling head, detecting device, single chip microcomputer system and pumping system. It has the characteristics of easy to carry, fast and accurate measurement, high detection sensitivity, stable performance and simple maintenance. Thanks to the use of new technologies such as laser scattering technology and highly reliable pumping system, the sensor is more high-quality and technologically superior.

The product adopts wall-mounted installation, through the cooperation with the controller, and through the controller single-chip microcomputer to the dust concentration measuring instrument uploaded data for a variety of data processing, the final completion of the data display, output control and other functions

YA-K300 series dust alarm controllers can be combined with our YA-D series gas detectors to form industrial gas control systems. The product is a gas detection and early warning system designed for industrial environment. 4.3-inch industrial LCD display mode, clear and eye-catching to achieve the concentration of gas to be measured display, after the concentration exceeds the audible and visual alarm; The product is also equipped with a number of output relays, which can drive the exhaust fan, solenoid valve and other equipment in active and passive ways to adapt to different field conditions; Its design follows the national standard, has the advantages of fast response speed, high reliability, low failure rate, easy maintenance and so on. Especially in the judgment of alarm failure, the method of multiple event delay confirmation is used to effectively prevent false alarms and provide a strong guarantee for people's life and property safety.

1. YA-K300 gas alarm controller host embedded microprocessor, with rich software functions, complete detector signal sampling, data real-time calculation, system fault detection, power management, key scanning, display driver, alarm display, alarm peripheral driver and other functions;

3. 2 sets of common relays and 8 sets of programmable relays with passive outputs for easy connection to various external devices;
