The YA-D400 series point type gas detectors are commonly utilized in potentially hazardous environments such as chemical plants, petroleum refineries, metallurgical facilities, liquefied gas stations, painting operations, gas transmission and distribution, and indoor/outdoor areas where toxic and combustible gases may be generated, stored, or used.
Our company has developed the YA-D400 series point type gas detector as a novel and user-friendly solution to these issues. This gas detector can be paired with our gas alarm controller, the YA-K series, to form an industrial gas alarm system.
For installation, the YA-D400 can be conveniently wall-mounted (or alternatively, can use the tube type, scaffolding type, or ceiling type). When used in conjunction with the controller, the single chip microcomputer can upload the gas detector data for various types of data processing, culminating in data display, output control, and other essential functions.
The gas detector has the feature of displaying the concentration of the detected gas. It also has fault alarm, high and low alarm functionalities. Additionally, it has a field screen display that includes backlight. The word is larger and clearer and the backlight turns red when the device alarms.
It also supports infrared remote control input and has no open cover operation which makes it more convenient to use. The device also supports three different sound and light output, corresponding to fault, low report, high report. There are various functions such as zero, calibrate, test functions, and it can output DC4-20mA standard signal.
The gas detector has support for RS485, two buses, LoRa, flexible communication mode. It also has a high-performance ARM microprocessor for easy operation. It features three relay (250V 5A) output that can automatically open the fan and solenoid valve.
Apart from these, the gas detector can store 40 high and low alarm records and it can achieve mg/m³ and μmol/mol conversion if it is used for toxic gas detection.
