The YA-K210 gas alarm controller is an industrial gas intelligent control system that can be combined with our YA-D series gas detectors. This is a gas detection and early warning system designed for industrial environments. It is equipped with a 7-inch industrial LCD screen that can display the concentration value of all gas detectors.
The detector uses a branch line (4-20mA) or bus (485 bus) to connect with the controller, and up to 256 detectors can be connected to the controller. The controller is equipped with a low limit, high limit, fault, and shielding alarm functions. In case of an alarm, it will send the corresponding alarm sound and light signal to indicate the alarm location and record the alarm time.
Each gas detector can be set up with low alarm and high alarm two sets of output relays, which can drive the exhaust fan, solenoid valve, and other equipment. The alarm records can be exported through the U disk. Additionally, there are two groups of PC interfaces, where you can query the data from the host computer.
The design of the YA-K210 gas alarm controller follows the national standard and has the advantages of fast response, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. It is installed on the wall and works collaboratively with the detector. Through the controller's CPU, the data uploaded by the detector is processed for a variety of data display, output control, and other functions.
YA-K210 gas alarm controller host is equipped with an embedded microprocessor that performs various functions to ensure optimal performance. These functions include detector signal sampling, real-time data calculation, fault detection, power management, display driver, and more.
The system is highly intelligent and supports the switching of μmol/mol and mg/m³ units. Additionally, it comes with 2 groups of common relays and 6 groups of programmable relays passive outputs. If needed, it can also be connected with an external relay linkage module.
The controller supports multiple mainstream communication methods such as 4-20mA, RS485, LoRa, 4G, and PC. It also provides real-time monitoring of measured gas concentration within the detection area to issue acoustic and optical alarm signals once the gas concentration exceeds the set alarm value.
Aside from that, the controller can trigger external devices when the preset logic relationship is satisfied. External devices can also be started directly through the controller. It ensures record separation, evidence preservation, fault, alarm, automatic screening, and separation of system records. It can hold up to 2000 stored records and can be connected to the controller through the U disk to export data.
The power supply of the controller is 220V 50Hz AC and is backed up by two 12V/9Ah batteries.
