1.Hydraulic system:
(1) The system adopts a dual-pump oil supply system to improve the lifting speed of the forklift and improve work efficiency. It adopts full hydraulic load sensing,a steering mechanism with priority steering, imported priority valve and steering gear to ensure normal and accurate operation of each actuator. Work.
(2) Hydraulic components. The pump adopts high-pressure gear pump, multi-way reversing valve, and the working pressure can reach 24.5Mpa.
2.Power unit: The car adopts the world's engine water-cooled direct injection six-cylinder four-stroke low-speed high-torque diesel engine, which has the characteristics of low fuel consumption,low noise, easy starting and durability. Complies with current and upcoming exhaust emission regulations (Euro Il) in the US and Europe; easy maintenance and maintenance: modern fuel injection system, integrated oil cooler and all maintenance points on one side of the engine make maintenance extremely convenient.
3.Gearbox: The gearbox adopts a fixed-shaft power shift gearbox.The central processing unit can automatically adjust the gear position according to the driving situation, and monitor the entire shifting process, and the display screen can display the gear position
operation. Simple and labor-saving, safe.
4. Drive axle and braking system: The drive axle with fully enclosed wet brake is adopted. The axle is oil-cooled, hydraulically controlled handbrake. The axle housing has high strength and large bearing capacity, and at the same time fully considers the stress effect caused by the impact load of the vehicle under various complex and harsh working conditions, which is safe and has a long service life. The brake flushing system is equipped with a buzzer alarm for insufficient brake pressure, and protection devices such as the gearbox disengagement (indicator light) when braking.
