XHZ1010/S Multifunctional 10A DC Resistance Tester for Customization and Transformers
Transformer DC resistance is a must-test item for semi-finished products, finished products factory test, installation, overhaul, change of tap changer, handover test and preventive test of power sector in transformer manufacturing. It can check the welding quality of the winding joint and whether the winding is short-circuited between turns. It can check whether the contact of each position of the voltage tap changer is good, whether the actual position of the tap changer is consistent with the indicated position, whether the lead wire is broken, and the multi-strand wires are wound in parallel. Whether there is a stock break, etc.
In order to meet the needs of fast measurement of transformer DC resistance, the XHZ1010 transformer DC resistance tester developed by our company. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability and perfect protection function. The whole machine is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, with a high degree of automation, and has the functions of automatic discharge and discharge alarm. The instrument has high test accuracy and simple operation, and can realize fast measurement of transformer direct resistance.
1. The instrument can use the mobile phone to control the instrument through special software throughout the process, and the test data is stored in the mobile phone in a fixed format, which is convenient for data query at any time.
2. The maximum output voltage of the instrument is 24V, which is convenient for selecting a larger test current when the resistance value is high and improving the test speed.
3. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, with many current gears and a wide measurement range. The current can be automatically selected according to the load, which is suitable for DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers.
4. It has a variety of protection functions such as back EMF impact, line interruption during testing, power failure, and power supply overheating, which can reliably protect the back EMF impact on the instrument, and synchronously sound an alarm.
5. With any temperature conversion function of copper and aluminum material, touch input of any winding temperature and conversion temperature.
6. Intelligent power management technology, the instrument always works in the minimum power state, effectively saving energy and reducing heat generation.
7. Seven-inch high-brightness touch color LCD, clear display under strong light, full touch screen operation, free switching between Chinese and English.
8. The instrument comes with a perpetual calendar clock and power-down storage, which can store 1,000 sets of test data, which can be consulted at any time.
9. The instrument has Bluetooth communication, RS232 communication and USB interface for computer communication and U disk data storage.
10. Comes with a panel-type micro-printer, which can print the measurement results in English.
