Product Introduction:
The portable spot welding machine uses the resistance heat generated by the current flowing through the weldment as a heat source for welding under pressure. Mainly used for spot welding of low-carbon steel parts of thin plate structures. Portable spot welding machines are generally suspended in the air and connected to the welding tongs through flexible cables. The welding tongs of the portable spot welding machine have various structural forms to choose from, so the portable spot welding machine has a strong adaptability for large workpieces that are inconvenient to move, workpieces with complex shapes, or workpieces that must be stuck on the fixture for spot welding. In automobile body spot welding, the spot welding process for large sheet metal boxes has a wide range of applications and is an indispensable welding equipment.
Features:
1. The portable spot welding machine combines a welding transformer with a welding clamp, and has an aluminum body, featuring small size, high output, high efficiency, energy conservation, and portability. During operation, the portable spot welder can easily achieve 360 degree rotation in both horizontal and vertical directions.

The portable spot welding machine consists of welding tongs, welding transformer, welding controller, water cooling system, pneumatic pressurization system, (and suspension device), etc. Compact structure, convenient maintenance, small size, light weight, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and greatly saving energy consumption.
