1.Materials choosing:
According to the water resistance and other standards to choose good quality materials.Solid wood,
multi-layer SOLID WOOD, PVC, MDF etc
2. Materials sawing:
In accordance with the drawings and product size,to open the material by lectronic saw cutting
machine.
3. Row drilling
According to the drawings design requirements for drilling, row drill bathroom cabinet disassembly
of the most critical processes. All scattered plate by fitting combinations of the rows of holes
is connected together assembled into the bathroom cabinet.
4. Side sealing showing:
According to the product design requirements, the product is for sealing side cutting edges.
5. Sanding&Polishing:

6. Painting process:
Spray primer first, after the oil mill, and finally spray paint. Primer spray by the step after
drying, the oil mill, grinding primer flat and smooth. Determine whether the formation
of primer topcoat is smooth. The finally surface painting is one of the most critical processes
in the bathroom cabinet, directly affect weather the appearance of the good or not.
7. Quality inspection system:
After drying surface painting, rigorous product inspecting, to prevent defective products be
installed shipments.
8. Assembling process:
After the surface painting inspected, then it prepared for technological requirements to hardware
accessories, installation, and package.
9. Packing details:
Inside EPE and foam corner, outside strong 5 ply export carton and carry belts, if you like,
