Structural system

Heat exchange system

• Flame retardant heat dissipation filler:

1) Made of high-quality modified PVC sheets that are resistant to ultraviolet rays and chemical corrosion through fully automatic vacuum forming, its performance indicators meet the requirements of NDG88-89 "Technical Regulations for Plastic Sprinkling Fillers".
2) The filler has good flame retardant properties. The oxygen index of the filler is 38, which is much higher than the national standard requirement of ≥28.
3) The inverted "V" shape design of the sprinkler filler, which is assembled in blocks in the tower, avoids the compression deformation of the filler due to fouling; the assembled filler has the dual functions of heat dissipation and water collection. The large sheet spacing structure ensures that the filler is not blocked, which not only reduces wind resistance, but also reduces the chance of biological derivation.
4) The large "honeycomb" structure design has a diversion effect, has a good uniform wind distribution effect, improves and stabilizes the heat exchange intensity of water vapor, and accurately positions the equal spacing combination, which is convenient for forming a large area of ​​flowing water film with the water flowing through the surface, promoting water vapor exchange.

• Special water collection structure: It is made of high-quality PVC material for thermoplastic molding, which is at the leading level in the domestic industry. It effectively separates the water vapor in the humid and hot air and returns it to the tower, greatly reducing the loss of floating water and the amount of water supply. The floating water loss rate of the LKN series cooling tower is less than 0.001%.

Variable diameter graded nozzle: The water spreading system uses the nozzle produced by the new technology introduced from the United States as the main component. The nozzle is made of high-quality modified PP, injection molding, no moving parts inside, dynamic corrosion, aging resistance, low energy consumption during operation, and the design of inner circle and outer square is not easy to clog, no need to clean, and reduces the workload of maintenance.

​Drive system

• Fan: It is a special fan for low-speed space-distorted forward-inclined aluminum alloy cooling tower. It has the advantages of low noise, large air volume, high efficiency, low power consumption and stable operation.
• Motor: A fully enclosed self-cooling motor with no noise is selected. Protection level IP44, insulation level B, 380 ()/3U/50 (HZ). Small size, light weight, vertical installation, simple positioning, good starting performance, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. In the special hot and humid environment, the motor shaft waterproof rubber ring, wiring waterproof rubber pad, and mounting seat have special drainage holes to ensure that the motor is not immersed and runs without damage for a long time.
• Motor frame: Adopting international design concepts, it is positioned once on the steel structure frame of the tower body, with few loose parts, easy installation, good rigidity, small vibration, high stability, not affected by glass fiber aging, and not easy to damage the transmission parts.
• Reducer: It is equipped with high-strength mouth bearings, two-layer insurance oil seals, good waterproof performance, and avoids water vapor immersion of the bearing. The disc-shaped steel seat support and cast iron plate pulley design have a compact structure, equipped with static balance check, stable operation and low noise. The special inverted installation is convenient for maintenance, and the noise and life are better than similar products. The reducer is designed with a maintenance oil nozzle for easy daily maintenance.
• Belt: Select Japanese high-efficiency and strong V-belt, which is made of excellent polymer thermoplastic elastic material, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, aging-resistant, good flexural performance, not easy to elongate, good running stability and long service life.

​Attached system

• Air duct: The special streamlined air inlet and precise blade-air duct gap allow the air flow to enter the air duct smoothly, avoiding the generation of vortex and reducing the energy consumption of the fan. The air duct is equipped with a diffuser silencer, which reduces the wind speed at the air outlet, reduces kinetic energy loss, saves energy consumption, and reduces the reflux of humid and hot air. Reduced noise. The air duct adopts a modular design and is easy to assemble.
• Water replenishment: The water replenishment ball valve is installed on the inclined bottom basin, which is convenient for adjusting the water replenishment and observing the water level of the bottom basin. The inclined bottom basin design is conducive to the cleaning and drainage of the bottom basin.
