The IDEA-400V PSO000248000 driver board controls 2 6Nm brushless motors that drive the take-up
roller and electronic let-off roller on the machine. This board is interfaced with the electronic of the machine
by means of the CAN BUS line with which they exchange all programming and regulation information
including the draft value of the load cells. The use of an incremental encoder with 1000 impulses per
revolution on the machine axis and incremental encoders splined onto the axis of the brushless motor
ensures optimum synchronization during the transitory phases of machine start-up as well as during
weaving.
