The OUTPUT board PSO000210000 is a power interface for driving all the loads on the machine and electric
cabinet. Its operation is based on a 8 bit microprocessor interfaced with the CAN BUS system with all other
units inside or outside the electric cabinet. This microprocessor provided with 128 Kbytes of Flash memory,
32 Kbytes of static Ram memory and 64 Kbytes of EPROM memory serves to manage 58 stages of output
of the NPN and PNP type at both high and low voltage, as well as managing the CAN BUS line.
The outputs, where requested, are equipped with a diagnostic circuit for detection of the integrity of the
load, breakage of an output stage of the board or of a protection fuse. A special diagnostics message on the
display of the remote terminal facilitates identification of the breakdown.
The software for this board, resident in the flash memory, can be updated without replacing the EPROM by
using the software update RAM card that fits in the special connector on the remote terminal. To know the
checksum for the software installed on this board it is necessary to use the special function available on the
remote terminal.
