Stainless Steel Flat-top Crimped Screen Mesh for Livestock Breeding
Pre-crimped woven wire mesh uses wire crimped before the mesh is woven, giving it two key advantages:
It is more rigid, making it better for heavy-duty applications, such as livestock breeding or coarse minerals vibrating.
And the mesh apertures are more consistent and precise, making them better for filtration.
Flat Top Crimped Screen Mesh uses wires crimped in such a way that one side of the mesh surface was flat and the other was ridged.
This screen mesh is also produced on looms, both the warp wire and weft wire are previously crimped before weaving.
It is also known as a smooth top wire mesh screen, commonly used in the architectural and mining industries.
