Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Screens with Replaceable Edges for Vibrating Separators

Besides weaving wire mesh, King De Long Wire Mesh Company also produces thousands of related products in our factory, such as filter baskets/tubes/discs, edged screens, etc. These Edged Replacement Screens could be used to fit most of the vibrating separators, with exact openings and powerful strength. To separate solids from liquids or segregate dry material into various sizes, these mesh screens are made to ensure maximum screen life with efficient product performance.

In our factory, there are mainly 4 types of edges, as below:

Bonded Edge
This edge tape was developed especially for food-grade applications and has been approved for indirect contact, but it is also used in many other industries as well. It is made of natural cotton webbing coated with heat-activated adhesive, and bonded-edged screens are U-blinded tape. It is the most economical type of preparation, and its operating temperature could be up to 150°C. Sewing is available upon request.

Polyester Edge
Polyester edge is also a U-bind product and is specifically designed for adhering to both polyester and nylon woven wire mesh. It allows for permanent adhesion to these synthetics; the edge becomes an integral part of the mesh screen without the need for sewing.

Vinyl Edge
Vinyl-edged mesh screens are washable, FDA-approved, and bacteria-proof. They are recommended especially for processing applications where sanitary requirements are a high priority.

Metal Edge
Where heavier applications are required, this edge type is normally available in metal alloys, such as mild steel, stainless steel, and galvanized steel. They are often used for scalping or ball support. It is very similar to the hook that used on the vibrating screens for mining or stone brusher.
