There is a complete in-house fabrication team in our factory that could handle most types of customization projects, such as slitting, spot and seam welding, punching, folding, and so on.

We can manufacture custom wire mesh fabrications in various shapes and sizes. The mesh screen design is customer-specific using different layers and weaving structures to create an ideal filtration and dispersion. Generally speaking, there are mainly three types, filter discs, cylinders, filter baskets, and so on. We produce these parts with precision tooling or with tool-free plasma cutting for smaller sizes.
